Formerly with Rockwell Collins, Joan brings a wealth of experience in content management for multiple international and U.S. airlines including American Airlines, US Airways, Air Canada, Emirates, Oman Air, Qantas, Cathay Pacific, LAN and many more. During her six years with Rockwell’s Content Services division her responsibilities included content selection and license fee negotiation as well as supervision of a broad range of technical services. Prior to joining Rockwell she was an Account Executive with Disney/ABC Cable Networks Group in Burbank, California, where her responsibilities included the negotiation of regional affiliate contracts with cable television providers. She also gained five years experience in cable TV sales and training at NBC/Universal Television, working with their USA Network, Sci-Fi Channel and Home Shopping Network brands, and holds a B.S. in Business/Entertainment Management from University of the Pacific in California.

In this capacity he will develop new business opportunities for all PMG divisions with special focus on the company’s Sea Movies brand, acquired last year, which distributes entertainment programming to cruise lines and other ancillary markets.

John will use his 25 years of sales, management and marketing experience in the post production, film distribution and IFE industries to help all PMG divisions with business development. Formerly Chief Sales Officer & Executive Vice President with Crest Digital, where he has held senior sales and marketing positions for the past 19 years, he was personally responsible for the development of long term contractual relationships with a number of high-profile Fortune 500 corporations from which the majority of the company’s sales were derived. Prior to joining Crest he was Director of Worldwide Sales, Marketing and Acquisitions at St. Louis based Swank Motion Pictures, Inc., a distributor of content to non-theatrical markets. There his achievements included the negotiation of numerous distribution contracts leading to significant increases in sales and profitability.

IRVINE, Calif., May 31, 2011 — Post Modern Group, LLC (PMG), is pleased to announce that Kate Groth, who joined the company in February, will be moving from her current position as Manager of Marketing, PMG, to Director of Programming Services at AMP International. In this new capacity she will supervise all aspects of content sourcing, acquisition and programming for all AMP airline and cruise line clients. Her new responsibilities will also include managing Singapore Airlines’ movies and television programming contracts, She will be working closely with AMP Executive Vice President Christelle Cuenca as well as the Operations and Marketing teams at AMP. Reporting to Kate are AMP Marketing Manager Shaiza Lalji and Account Coordinator Takako Saito. Kate’s IFE career began with eight years at Qantas, during which time the airline migrated to digital platforms and developed its award-winning Q entertainment brand. In 2006 she moved to the content supply side of the industry working in senior account management positions at Stellar Inflight and Interact prior to joining PMG.

Kristine Bradshaw has been appointed to the position of Marketing Manager working closely with Janice Daniello, SVP, Marketing. In this position Kristine will assist all PMG divisions with client development as well as marketing and promotion of the company’s services. Kristine’s IFE career began at Spafax in 2006 where she gained two years IFE operations experience before joining PME in 2008 to manage customer service. Prior to entering the IFE world she held a Regional Sales & Marketing Manager position where her responsibilities included program design and implementation as well as maintaining customer loyalty in a seven-state region. During her three years at PME she has demonstrated her expertise in communications, building business relationships and project management, as well as her strengths in the technical aspects of IFE content delivery.

Shafin Virji has been promoted to Customer Service Representative and will assume most of Kristine’s prior client service responsibilities. Previously the Machine Room Supervisor, Shafin has been with PME since 2006 and has demonstrated his managerial talent in building an exceptionally strong production team with a focus on teamwork, quality and strict adherence to timelines. Last year he began to transition into Customer Service and has assumed account responsibilities.
