Astronics Test Systems makes the list for the fourth straight year, placing in the top 20 in 2017
Irvine, CA | December 22, 2017–Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), through its wholly owned subsidiary Astronics Test Systems, has been recognized as a 2017 Top Workplace by the Orange County Register, placing in the top 20 of mid-sized businesses for the first time. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.
“Our employees are the key to our business success,” commented Jim
Mulato, President of Astronics Test Systems. “The Astronics advantage is our collaborative culture that places a premium on employee and customer
experiences. We strive to treat people with dignity and respect and in turn,
our employees treat our customers in the same manner. To be recognized as a Top Workplace, especially among the top 20, is an honor that we don’t take for granted. We look forward to continuing to improve upon our strong, family-oriented, customer-focused culture in the coming year.”
“To be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health,” says Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day – the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what’s most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it’s going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together. Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn’t have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.”
