Astronics Test Systems makes the list for the fourth straight year, placing in the top 20 in 2017

Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), through its wholly owned subsidiary Astronics Test Systems, has been recognized as a 2017 Top Workplace by the Orange County Register, placing in the top 20 of mid-sized businesses for the first time. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, LLC (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection.

As an NI Alliance Partner, Astronics Test Systems will offer up thought leadership at speaking engagements as well as product demonstrations in the LabVIEW Zone and booth P1.

Astronics at the Test Leadership Forum. This executive track begins Monday and Astronics Test Systems President James Mulato will cap the day with a brief talk at the dinner event. Other sessions throughout the Test Leadership Forum will feature additional Astronics executives providing market leadership comments and insights.

Astronics in the Exhibition Hall. In the Aerospace and Defense Pavilion of the LabVIEW Zone, Astronics will demonstrate its jet engine test platform, a proven turnkey test system which features NI LabVIEW software and multiple PXI cards. Deployable on land and at sea to test jet engines, the system provides a cost-effective, reliable and flexible testing solution with automated data capture, reporting and transfer. Astronics will also
showcase additional test solutions in booth P1.

East Aurora, NY | March 3, 2014– Astronics Corporation (NASDAQ: ATRO), a leading provider of advanced technologies for the global aerospace and defense industries, announced that it completed on February 28, 2014, the acquisition of substantially all of the assets and liabilities of EADS North America’s Test and Services division (EADS T&S) for approximately $53 million in cash plus a preliminary net working capital adjustment of $17 million. EADS T&S will be reported in Astronics’ Test Systems segment.

Astronics had previously announced that it entered into a definitive agreement to acquire EADS T&S on January 21, 2014.

EADS T&S, located in Irvine, California, is a leading provider of highly engineered automatic test systems (ATS), subsystems and instruments for the semi-conductor, consumer electronics, commercial aerospace and defense industries. EADS T&S provides fully customized testing systems and support services for these markets. It also designs and manufactures test equipment under the well-respected test instrument brands known as Racal and Talon.
