Silkwinds E-Magazine, Launched On Silkair Website


Singapore, 16 April 2010 – Silkwinds, the award-winning bimonthly inflight magazine published by Emphasis Media for SilkAir, has been launched on the airline’s website. The March-April 2010 issue is now available online at the SilkAir Experience section (Inflight Entertainment).

The e-magazine produced by Emphasis Media is one of the additional features on SilkAir’s website that now gives readers the opportunity to view the whole of Silkwinds magazine in digital format.

With a print readership of more than 360,000 passengers each issue, Silkwinds presents a different perspective on travel in that a destination is an experience and not just a place to visit. With exciting stories and stunning photography, Silkwinds keeps readers abreast of the best of the best in Asia and explores the latest products, food trends, fashion, personalities and entertainment.

Written predominantly in English, the magazine also includes captivating travel articles in Simplified Chinese, focusing on SilkAir’s exotic travel destinations.
